Hey! Anybody there? Remember me?
I’m back! I’ve been ‘running’ again. Okay, it’s mostly walking but let’s call it running for old time’s sake.
I’m moving slower than molasses and the first couple of weeks were painful: knees, heel from a cornhole injury (don’t judge) and back pain. I think my body was just really confused.
The last couple of days have been virtually painless. Progress, right?
